21 days to a new habit or break habit

alhamdulillah hari ini kita masih bernafas di bumi Allah di bawah rahmat dan berkatnya. And hope today is better than yesterday for everyone. And alkisahnya apabila terbaca blog seorang sahabat lama kak ina mengenai 21 days to a new habit, Steven Atchision maka rupa-rupanya if we're trying to develop a new habit dalam diari kamus hidup kita sesangat la boleh. Tapi kena konsisten selama 21 hari. Lets say if we want to develop "semangat suka membaca" or in other words trying to build spirit reading dalam diri sendri, we just trying to do it for 21 days. Maybe before we are going to bed, kita spend masa at least 15 minit tuk baca anything. InsyaAllah klo berterusan until 21 days, habit ni akan kekal dalam diri. 

Macam tu jugak if we're trying to break our bad habit atau tabiat buruk or dalam erti kata bahasa kasarnya perangai burok kita ni. Tapi papepun mesti konsisten. 

So, habit apa yg kite boleh start 21 days? (tepuk dada tanya diri sendri)
***a few list for myself that I am in the middle of doing;
1. Bangun awal before 6.00 am
2. Baca anything at least 15 minutes b4 going 2 bed
